Autonomous production unit manager IN BOURGES
BECOME THE FUTURE DIRECTOR OF ONE OF OUR INDUSTRIAL SITES

The Michelin Group is looking for someone who is passionate about the challenges of production management and is aiming to achieve an industrial site management position for an accelerated and personally tailored career in the industry.

Successful candidates will be agile, willing to move within France and internationally, and have significant production management experience.

In this position, you would start as an Autonomous Production Unit Manager at our Bourges factory, one of our 3 factories worldwide that specializes in aviation tires, before moving into an executive-level Industrial Site Director position with responsibility for 600 to 2,500 employees depending on the site within 5 to 8 years.

INITIAL assignment

As a member of the site's Management Team, reporting directly to the Site Director, you will head a 150-person unit and will be responsible for guiding its performance and developing your team's skills.

To that end, you will guarantee and improve the Bourges industrial site's collective performance on Security Maintenance Quality Deadlines Costs Personnel (SMQDCP) and its activity to achieve your targets.

REQUIREMENTS

Study abroad and/or international work experience

Graduate of a major European engineering school

Minimum 8 years of experience in industry, and at least one significant management experience
Significant experience in Lean method application or Greenbelt certification

Leadership

English and French: fluent (C1 and C2), Spanish or Italian would be a plus

Salary: €80-85k, including variable pay
