Our client is a fast-growing international company operating in the medical device sector, dedicated to improving patients' quality of life through clinically proven therapeutic solutions.

It is currently undergoing a strategic transformation of its marketing model, moving towards a more centralized and impactful Global approach.
This role offers the opportunity to join a high-growth environment, where marketing plays a key role in accelerating business performance and supporting commercial teams.As Marketing Programs Manager Europe, you will play a central role in driving the execution and coordination of marketing programs across France and Europe, while acting as a key business partner for one of the company's priority markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and execute the European marketing programs calendar, including congresses, events, and educational initiatives, with a clear focus on measurable business impact
Lead end-to-end event management: logistics, suppliers, budget control, and on-site execution
Ensure consistency, compliance, and localization of marketing materials across European markets
Manage external vendors and agencies to deliver high-quality, scalable programs
Act as a trusted marketing partner to the local commercial leadership and sales teams
Support and deploy field marketing initiatives, campaigns, and events, aligned with business priorities
Build strong relationships with KOLs and healthcare professionals
Contribute to strengthening the company's visibility and influence within the professional ecosystem
Coordinate campaigns, newsletters, and digital initiatives in collaboration with global teams
Support CRM activities (e.g., Salesforce) and contribute to sales enablement
Track and report on program performance, ensuring alignment with KPIs and business objectives
This position is home-based and ideally located near a major city in France, Belgium, or Barcelona, allowing for proximity to key transport hubs.
The role involves occasional travel across Europe (approximately 15-20%).
Fixed annual gross salary between 55 and 60K€.
